Praise the Lord for the many teens that attended the 5th annual Walk for youth. We are please to announce that several teens made public profession of their faith in Christ.
Praise the Lord for churches opening their doors to the “whosoever” in the greater Springfield area.
Praise God for the WNEC students touched by the presentation on poverty today. Several expressed interest in volunteering at the Lion’s Den
Pray for “L”, a Lion’s Den teen hit by a car today. Pray for no side effects from this traumatic incident
Praise God for recent connection with CityLight and Mission Center New Jerusalem Ministries. May God continue to send leaders and youth to their programs
Praise God for the opportunity for PG to speak to Father’s at a special mentoring program for them
Praise God for the LD Friday night volunteers that traveled to the Meadowlands in NJ. We witnessed over 2 dozen teens making first time decisions for Christ. Even more rededicated their lives
Praise God for the missions team at Church in the Acres – Tonight they had a dinner to raise support for missions. Their faithful support of local missions (Like the Lion’s Den) is a powerful testimony for our Lord
Praise God for Joe Wilson allowing God to use his gifts and abilities for the Lord at the Lion’s Den for the few weeks he is home in WMASS.
Pray for the Lion’s Den volunteers getting compassion training as they reach out to the homeless on the streets of Springfield each Monday night.
Pray for Joe W. & PG as they reach out community leaders tonight
Pray for Erin, as she commutes over 65 miles round trip weekly to volunteer at the Den
Pray for Christian leaders meeting in Hartford and then later at Umass. As these leaders meet we ask God to aggressively connect leaders for His glory.
Please pray for follow up meeting happening today, it’s an Urban Fathers program we participated in last Spring. We are looking for God to show us unique ways to bring His truth to the community we live in.
Praise God that College students will be gathered at Amherst College today the focus is on prayer
Praise God for the 70 back packs that have been donated to the LD by different groups this week. Please pray that individuals take a back pack, fill it with appropriate gifts (including Bibles) and return it for us to give away.
Pray for friends of LD to use the www.goodsearch.org when doing internet searches as they can assist the LD that way.
Praise God for Erin Quinney and pray for her children Emma and Austin. May God lead them to a deep relationship with Jesus.
Pray for the Lion’s Den leadership team. May God grant them great wisdom and joy as they function with power, love and strong minds.
Praise God that Christian leaders around the region are going to Smithfield RI for a Christian Apologetic conference tonight
Pray for the LD teens tonight. Pray for Spiritual growth and discipleship tonight as volunteers work with the teens
Pray for a strategic plan to incorporate the Gospel as we give Christmas presents to the youth at the Den in 1 month
Praise God for the lower heating bill with the new windows at the Den
Pray for the development of strong college age disciples to assist at the Lion’s Den
Praise God for everything. Be very thankful
Pray for Brittney, a Cedarville University Student touring the LD today
Pray volunteers that are traveling on holidays this week

Pray for Leaders traveling tonight to Boston to do street ministry tonight with students from MIT
Pray for youth being baptized tonight at Church in the Acres. May God direct and encourage those young lives.

Children's Time (grades 1-5)
Supervisor Gina Dyson Kids get a time for crafts, games, food and a great story time.
Wednesdays 4:30-6:30
Girls NIght (grades 5-12)
Supervisor: Norma Villanueva A special time when the girls can grow spiritually and be themselves as they enjoy food folks and fun
Fridays 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Teen Night (grades 7-12)
Supervisor:Jeff Stappenback A special time of connecting with the teens - Music, food, activities and discussion about things that matter most. A real formula for a good evening at the Lion's Den.
